We’re expanding our outbound sales motion — and we’re looking for a Founding SDR to join us at the ground level. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with our VP of Sales to build the SDR playbook from scratch. Your outreach strategies, messaging ideas, and insights from the field will directly shape the future of Hubstaff’s sales development department.

In Short

  • Identify & target ICP accounts in relevant industries.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify prospects through discovery to uncover pain points.
  • Book meetings with decision-makers that meet ICP criteria.
  • Contribute to the sales playbook with feedback on strategies.
  • Leverage tech stack including HubSpot and Apollo.
  • Achieve monthly quotas for meetings booked and pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales for guidance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in outbound sales/SDR role with cold calling experience.
  • Builder mindset to contribute to playbook creation.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with executives.
  • Resilience to handle objections and maintain energy.
  • Curiosity to personalize outreach effectively.
  • Comfort with tech tools like HubSpot and Apollo.
