We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on redefining our inbound sales development paradigm globally.

• The Senior Data Analyst will drive operational rigor and strategy development for the inbound sales development team.
• Focus on building a strategy to scale the function through AI & automation.
• Analyze and provide insights to inform data-driven decision making by executive leadership.
• Define and communicate metrics of success for the ISC organization.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical teams, product operations, and sales.
• Build relationships with sales and marketing partners, presenting strategies to executives.
• Exhibit autonomy and ownership of projects.
• Develop scalable strategies for global teams.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales strategy role or equivalent.
• Expertise in analytical techniques using tools like Looker, Hex, or Google Suite.
• Aptitude for defining key metrics and conducting actionable analyses.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce.com, and HubSpot CRM.
• Proven SQL knowledge and experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
