• Navigate a high volume of product and sales related inquiries.
• Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects via phone, live chat, and email.
• Help remove technical barriers for users and recommend software best practices.
• Set up high-quality appointments with sales team members.
• Identify and deliver best next steps or resources for customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve experiences for customers and users.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Strong technical aptitude to help users succeed with HubSpot software.
• Passion for helping prospects’ businesses grow.
• Initiative to find resources needed for success.
• Ability to work collaboratively to solve problems.
