Inbound Success Coach - Remote

Overview

HubSpot welcomes individuals to join our Inbound Sales Development team as an Inbound Success Coach (ISC). As part of our vision for the future of work at HubSpot, ISCs can either be based in Bogotá, Colombia, or remotely from anywhere within Colombia.

In Short

• Navigate a high volume of product- and sales-related inquiries from prospective businesses.
• Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects for HubSpot’s sales process.
• Help remove technical barriers for users and recommend software best practices.
• Set up high quality appointments between prospects and sales team members.
• Identify and deliver best next steps or resources to assist customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve experience for HubSpot customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) Monday through Friday.
• A desire to enjoy a long-term career in sales.
• Confidence and experience communicating with different audiences.
• A strong technical aptitude to help users succeed with HubSpot software.
• A passion for helping prospective businesses grow.
• Initiative to find resources needed to be successful.
• An ability to work collaboratively to solve problems.
