Customer Success Manager | Dutch OR Nordic Language Speaker - Remote

Overview

HubSpot is looking for a Nordic & Benelux Customer Success Manager who is interested in using creativity to solve problems, build long-term relationships with businesses, and help their customers use software to achieve their inbound goals.

In Short

• Manage 150 – 180 customer relationships.
• Work with customers to understand their goals and align them with necessary resources.
• Partner with different teams to solve for the customer.
• Conduct proactive and reactive work with autonomy.
• Promote growth of install base through up-sell/x-sell opportunities.
• Understand technical roadblocks and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in English & Dutch OR Nordic Language.
• 2+ years in a client-facing or account management role.
• Business savvy with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the media/digital landscape.
• Strong negotiation skills and relationship management.
• Knowledge of Inbound Marketing or willingness to learn.
