Overview

The Customer Success Manager will play an integral role in delivering services to customers, ensuring program success and exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle.

In Short

  • Develop and nurture lasting relationships with customers.
  • Manage client relationships and lifetime value of accounts.
  • Oversee Customer Health and performance metrics.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions with customers.

  • Support Sales team in renewal management.

  • Coordinate user permissions in the Assent platform.
  • Advocate for client success across internal groups.
  • Maintain communications with clients in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in Korean and English.
  • University or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in customer success or project management.
  • Working knowledge of consultative customer management.
  • Experience in technology/SaaS organizations is an asset.
  • Solid interpersonal skills for relationship building.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Applications.
