As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in the future of our platform—shaping architecture, improving performance, and leading innovation.

You’ll be a key technical voice in our product and engineering team. You’ll be hands-on with code, lead architectural conversations, mentor engineers, and help drive the future of our platform.

This isn’t just a coding role—it’s a chance to influence how things are built and ensure that we grow in the right way.

In Short

• Assist Principal Engineer in the definition and implementation of scalable, maintainable software architecture
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code (and review others’)
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other engineers
• Tackle complex challenges—whether technical or process-oriented—and help deliver smart, pragmatic solutions
• Investigate and resolve production issues with urgency and care
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and DevOps to ship features that deliver real impact
• Champion best practices in testing, documentation, and secure coding
• Keep an eye on the bigger picture—suggesting improvements to tools, processes, or systems where needed

Requirements

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
• Familiarity with AngularJS
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and AWS services
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and automated testing frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to mentor and lead engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills
