Overview

As a Senior Implementation Consultant specializing in Health, Safety, Environment & Injury (HSE&I), you will play a pivotal role in HSI's expansion into the EMEA market, bridging the gap between customers and the technical aspects of HSI Donesafe's software solutions.

• Lead comprehensive client onboarding sessions through the implementation journey.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments via workshops to define customer-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to develop and track project plans.
• Ensure timely updates, on-budget delivery, and adherence to project scope.
• Create technical design documentation and configure HSI Donesafe solutions.
• Facilitate data migration from legacy systems.
• Conduct thorough internal and client-facing quality assurance testing.
• Design and facilitate effective training sessions for diverse user groups.
• Provide responsive post-go-live support to ensure smooth customer transitions.
