Senior Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Senior Implementation Consultant will manage impactful projects for high-value customers, ensuring successful onboarding and training of the Motive platform.

In Short

• Lead role in managing projects for high-value customers.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and manage project plans.
• Communicate project status and timelines.
• Guide customers on product utilization.
• Define and maintain onboarding programs.
• Track and achieve key performance indicators.
• Host training sessions for new customers.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (~40%).

Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing B2B role.
• Experience in trucking, logistics, or fleet management.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English/French strongly preferred.
