Senior Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

Attentive® is the AI-powered mobile marketing platform transforming the way brands personalize consumer engagement. The Senior Implementation Consultant will join the Customer Success organization to manage a book of business for Enterprise email clients, collaborating with various internal teams to enhance the email product and deliver client results.

In Short

• Onboard customers to Attentive’s email product by learning client goals and executing a launch strategy.
• Project manage email migrations involving multiple stakeholders.
• Develop solutions to complex customer problems using Attentive tools.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams for optimal onboarding.
• Translate customer feedback into product requirements.
• Work with Product and Marketing teams to inform product strategy.
• Present goals and progress to internal teams and executives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical client support role.
• Experience with an ESP or CDP is preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience managing complex ESP migrations.
• Comfortable learning new software tools.
• Creative in product rollouts and roadmap vision.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Passionate about innovative products.
