Sales Lead (Remote, Russian-Speaking)

Overview

The Sales Lead will take ownership of the full sales cycle, focusing on lead generation and closing deals with banks and fintech companies, while managing a small team and optimizing sales processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years in institutional and corporate sales.
• Experience managing a sales team.
• Proven track record in closing deals with financial institutions.
• Existing network in banking and fintech preferred.
• Fluency in English and Russian required.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Bitrix 24.
• High level of ownership and revenue growth drive.
