The Group Head for Properties will oversee the property and real estate portfolio of a conglomerate, focusing on strategic development and operational execution across various verticals.

Requirements

• Experience with multi-property operations.
• Strong background in site acquisition and P&L management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Engineering background is an advantage; MBA required.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and board-level reporting.
• Experience working with large developers is a plus.
