  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, effectively communicating their value to prospective clients.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in IT sales with a strong track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth, ideally in the technology sector.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient in B2B sales techniques and negotiation strategies, particularly in technology-focused industries.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Experience in corporate sales, with a deep understanding of client needs and challenges in software development.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to convert leads into loyal clients, providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other sales tools to manage pipelines, track activities, and optimize performance.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and solutions clearly.
