  • Responsible for growing inventory, bookings, and revenue of private landlords.
  • Finding new leads through current and new lead generation channels.
  • Cold outreach via calls and emails to qualify, acquire, and reactivate prospects.
  • Conducting remote meetings and consistent follow-ups.
  • Onboarding and educating private landlords on products and services.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
  • Negotiating with customers to maximize value.
  • Planning business trips and attending industry events as required.
  • Collecting and delivering customer feedback with a data-driven approach.
  • Training and developing self to increase sales performance.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and native-level Dutch.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales is preferred.
  • Affinity with commercial processes and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
  • Adaptable, communicative, and goal-driven.
  • Energetic, optimistic, and a natural problem solver.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and motivates teammates.
