Overview

As a Customer Data Platforms Staff Engineer, you will own and manage our customer data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and usability across the organization. This role involves acting as a bridge between engineering, product, and marketing teams, focusing on data collection, structure, and analysis.

Requirements

• 8+ years of analytics or data engineering experience.
• 3+ years with Segment and Amplitude or comparable CDPs.
• Deep understanding of event-based tracking and data governance.
• Familiarity with Frontend technologies (JavaScript, React).
• Experience managing data and event taxonomies at scale.
• Proficiency with APIs and data integration frameworks.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with data warehouses.
• Knowledge of ETL workflows and data engineering processes.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
