Associate, Strategy and Operations - Remote

Overview

As an Associate, Strategy and Operations, you will contribute to new business initiatives and play a key role in the new product launch taskforce, working closely with various teams to evaluate business opportunities and launch new products.

In Short

• Define business strategies and priorities through market analysis and financial models.
• Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects covering growth strategy and market research.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of strategies.
• Become an expert on financial products through data analysis and customer feedback.
• Recommend new products or growth opportunities for existing lines.
• Support development of business cases and strategies for market entry.
• Identify opportunities to expand adoption of financial solutions.
• Manage performance measurement of initiatives for growth insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2+ years experience in investment banking, consulting, or financial services.
• Excel modeling skills for complex and scalable models.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides.
