Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to enabling organizations to proactively find and fix exploitable attack vectors. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our GTM organization.

• Support H3’s GTM organization in various HR functions.

• Collaborate with the People Ops team on HR compliance.
• Develop training content for managers on HR policies.
• Manage employee relations issues and internal investigations.

• Work in a fully remote environment with occasional travel.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of HR experience.
• Experience supporting multiple business units as an HRBP.
• Strong project and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of HR programs and employment laws.
• Ability to navigate a fast-changing work environment.
• Experience with facilitation.
