Overview

The Senior Talent Development Specialist is responsible for overseeing and facilitating management and leadership training programs and sessions.

• Plan, organize, design, and curate learning and development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience of 5 years, required.
• Master’s Degree, preferred.
• Normal office environment; limited travel.
• May work irregular schedule at times.
