Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT Support or IT Operations.
• Strong commitment to following and improving procedures.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting enterprise-level Mac and Windows OS.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta).
• Fluency in at least one scripting language (e.g., bash, Python).
• Basic networking troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
