Logistics Program of Instruction (POI) / Trainer Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Remote

Overview

The Hoplite Group is seeking a Logistics POI / Trainer SME to support the development and delivery of curriculum for mid-level officers who are responsible for leading and supporting logistics and equipment readiness in partner nations in SOUTHCOM area of responsibility.

In Short

• Part-time position with remote support and travel to partner nations.
• Approximately 30 hours/month during non-travel months.
• Approximately 80 hours/month during engagement months.
• Immediate opening available.
• Ideal candidates should have knowledge of logistics core functions.
• Experience in developing curriculum and instructional materials.
• Must have a background in U.S. military organizational leadership.
• Experience in operational logistics and resourcing strategy.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Extensive experience coordinating with Allies and Partners.

Requirements

• O-4/O-5/O-6 level officer with background in U.S. military organizational leadership.
• Experience planning and executing logistics functions at operational and tactical levels.
• Experience in deployment, distribution, supply, maintenance, and logistics services.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
