GA is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Instructor: AI HR to support content development, curriculum enhancement, and instruction for our industry-leading learning programs.

In Short

• Participate in pre-sale meetings with GA Account Directors and prospective clients.
• Prepare materials and insights to tailor GA’s learning solutions.
• Curate, design, and contextualize learning content.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to develop curriculum.
• Facilitate engaging learning environments for students.
• Conduct instructional sessions according to program schedules.
• Guide students in completing exercises and projects.
• Inspire students to persist through learning challenges.
• 2+ years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex topics.

• Experience with AI tools for HR processes.
• Knowledge of bias mitigation and ethical AI practices.
• Experience mentoring or teaching in a professional setting.
• Ability to facilitate an engaging classroom environment.
