Overview

An experienced Senior Human Resource Management / Human Capital Development Subject Matter Expert (SME) is sought to support a U.S. Government Institutional Capacity Building program aimed at enhancing partner nation capabilities in workforce development and HR systems.

In Short

• Part-time opportunity for a Senior HRM/HCD SME.
• Support U.S. Government ICB program.
• Focus on strategic-level advising missions.
• Enhance partner nation workforce capabilities.
• Remote support and forward engagements.
• Availability for immediate engagement.
• Approximately 30-40 hours/month non-travel months.
• Approximately 100 hours/month during engagement months.
• Provide expert support in HR management strategies.
• Contribute to policy development and implementation.

Requirements

• Retired O-5/O-6 level officer or E-9.
• Extensive experience in HR, talent management, or organizational development.
• Experience developing HR policies and strategies.
• Experience on Joint Staff or Combatant Command.
• Facilitating small groups in live and virtual settings.
• Familiarity with Security Cooperation/ICB with Partner Nations.
• Collaboration with partner nations’ officials at high levels.
• U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.
