In Short

• Part-time position with remote support and forward engagements.
• Approximately 30 hours/month pre-engagement.
• First in-person engagement scheduled for September 2025 (~100 hours/month during engagement months).
• Immediate availability required.
• Support institutional capacity building efforts connected to U.S. Government initiatives.
• Assist in the design and implementation of programs focused on defense planning and strategy.
• Contribute to policy planning, force transformation concepts, and interagency coordination.
• 15+ years of experience providing policy advice to senior leaders.
• U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience in developing curriculum and planning scenarios for partner militaries.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience providing policy advice to senior leaders of the U.S. Department of Defense.
• 5+ years of experience as a civil servant in OSD(P) developing and implementing policy.
• Experience developing curriculum and planning scenarios for partner militaries.
• Demonstrated experience using human centered design for activities and workshops.
• Experience developing assessment, monitoring, and evaluation criteria.
• U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.
