Overview

We are currently seeking detail-focused and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Booking Experience Advisor. In this role, you'll assist clients throughout the reservation process by helping organize trip components, reviewing available options, and ensuring planning details remain accurate from initial request through confirmation.

• Support clients with organizing travel arrangements and itinerary components
• Review reservation choices across approved supplier platforms

• Respond to client questions using email, phone, and messaging systems

• Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing development activities

Requirements

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to planning details
• Comfortable navigating web-based systems and communication platforms
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting
• Reliable internet access and basic technical familiarity
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work within the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or approved hiring regions
• English language communication proficiency required
