The Customer Experience Advisor ensures that students' needs are met in a timely and high-quality manner, handling dynamic situations with a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Ability to navigate multiple web tabs.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Punctuality and commitment to scheduled shifts.
  • Remote working environment with reliable internet.
