Product Designer - Remote

Overview

Aceable is looking for a UX and Product Designer to support one of our empowered product teams. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design experiences that are engaging, accessible, and user-centered.

In Short

• Lead design brainstorming sessions with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, and storyboards.
• Design low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Work within a design system while identifying opportunities for refinement.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
• Conduct user research to validate product solutions.
• Ensure accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Document and communicate design decisions effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX and product design.
• Expertise in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
• Ability to conduct user research independently.
• Experience working within a design system.
• Reside in specified locations in the USA.
