In Short

  • Train under the VP of Operations and report to the Chief Medical Officer.
  • Develop and launch an enhanced training program for Hone-affiliated physicians.
  • Ensure efficient onboarding of providers with a strong familiarity with EMR and Hone's protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to develop ongoing training content.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions and online learning modules.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.
  • Track completion of training activities to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare education or related roles.
  • Advanced medical/clinical degree preferred (MD, DO, PA, NP).
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in curriculum development and online learning platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
