Senior Project Manager - Provider - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Project Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure project and team objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

In Short

• Ensures timely and accurate delivery of contract deliverables across multiple projects.
• Manages complex Data Services installations.
• Leads project kick-off sessions to review assumptions and expectations.
• Identifies and schedules project deliverables and milestones.
• Builds detailed project plans and schedules.
• Directs activities for project personnel to ensure progress on schedule.
• Maintains a program-level risk and issue log.
• Conducts regularly scheduled meetings with stakeholders.
• Provides updates to senior leadership on assigned projects.
• Assists teams with project best practices and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in project leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience with software development projects.
• Experience in IT Project Management using SDLC or Agile.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methods.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to analyze and diagnose project performance problems.
• Experience managing large clinical projects.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Participation in COVID-19 vaccination program as required.
