Overview

The Head of Sales at Stealth will develop and execute a scalable revenue strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success while leading a multicultural team in a fully remote environment.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a scalable revenue strategy across sales, marketing & customer success
  • Own and optimize the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion
  • Lead and grow the go-to-market teams with a data-driven and empowering leadership style
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand Stealth's global reach
  • Analyze revenue KPIs and make actionable decisions to improve performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Support) to align revenue with product value
  • Coordinate the Revenue Team consisting of 3 people in Marketing and 2 people in Sales

Requirements

  • A proven revenue leader with 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / Ecommerce & leadership experience
  • Experienced in leading and scaling revenue teams (sales, marketing, CS)
  • Hands-on and strategic — you love working on the big picture but are not afraid to get into the weeds
  • Data-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering value to customers
  • A strong communicator who thrives in a transparent, remote-first, async culture
  • Bonus: experience with tax tech, e-commerce platforms, or international markets
