Overview

The Homeward Advisor role is responsible for driving sales and building relationships all over the assigned market area, focusing on partnerships with top-producing real estate teams and agents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of consultative sales experience.
• Experience in residential real estate preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to develop opportunities from ideation to execution.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Accountability to performance results.
• Desire to work in a start-up environment.
• Understanding of the real estate market is preferred.
