Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in residential property underwriting.
  • Skilled in reviewing diverse inspection reports.
  • Familiarity with conventional lending standards.
  • Strong understanding of unit economics.
  • Excellent data analysis and communication skills.
  • Proficient in time management and organization.
  • Self-starter with a passion for real estate.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
