Business Development & Onboarding Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Business Development & Onboarding Manager, you will work with the Love Always Project initiative of Homesteaders Life Company. Your role will include supporting the Love Always vision by building the most authentic and trusted mature life events ecosystem, ensuring individuals are supported through both expected and unexpected life transitions.

In Short

• Identify and research prospective participants.
• Conduct introduction meetings and create due diligence pathways.
• Manage proposals and agreements for participants.
• Implement onboarding processes for new participants.
• Maintain quality and performance support for participants post-onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years in a business development-related role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Experience with ecosystem partners or creative service models is preferred.
• Experience in tech, financial services, insurance, or SaaS is desirable.
