As a Sales Representative at Holafly, you'll manage and convert leads into successful purchases through real-time conversations, acting as the first human touchpoint in the customer journey.

• Manage incoming leads via chat or assigned channels.

Requirements

• High sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and ownership.
• More than 2 years of experience as a support or sales representative.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform under pressure and stay focused on results.
• Comfortable with digital tools, CRMs, and automation platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with critical thinking for real-time decisions.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
