In Short

• Grow and optimize existing affiliate collaborations.
• Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners.
• Account manage new affiliate partnerships.
• Monitor affiliate activity and performance.
• Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies.
• Help to increase our position in strategic markets.
• Develop and execute local strategies.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese speaker.
• English level is C1.
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communication or Business Administration preferred.
• SEO knowledge and experience with tools like Ahrefs.
• 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
• Experience in data analysis using tools like Excel and Google Analytics.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, and ambitious.
• Proven record in creating strategic partnerships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
