As a Senior Backend Engineer for the Reliability Team at Hive, you will be responsible for the performance, reliability, and maintainability of our systems, ensuring our services are scalable, performant, secure, and cost-effective.

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience, especially in reliability
3+ years experience with AWS and monitoring solutions
Track record of implementing SLOs and uptime KPIs
Expert knowledge of Linux, Docker, and distributed systems
Solid programming skills in Python, Go, etc.
Strong grasp of security best practices
Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
