Senior AI Product Manager - Remote

We are looking to add a Senior AI Product Manager to work alongside our Engineering and Design team to develop cutting-edge agentic AI solutions that transform how event marketers interact with our platform and get work done. The Agentic AI Pod plays a pioneering role in reimagining user experiences through intelligent automation and natural language interfaces.

In Short

• Own the Agentic AI Pod roadmap and lead engineering focused on agentic AI.
• Build impactful AI product strategy by researching customer pain points.
• Invent new interaction paradigms for clients to interact with Hive via AI agents.
• Navigate AI uncertainty with conviction through prototyping and user testing.
• Translate AI strategy into an executable roadmap balancing vision and implementation.
• Drive cross-functional AI alignment with R&D leaders.
• Champion responsible AI practices ensuring safeguards and transparency.

Requirements

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, or AI/ML development is a plus.
• Experience in martech or event marketing technology is beneficial.
• Excellent technical storytelling skills.
• Ability to prototype to learn and validate assumptions.
• Capability to create clarity in ambiguous AI scenarios.
• Passion for AI-human collaboration.
• Balanced approach to AI ambition and user value.
