Overview

This role involves providing Total Rewards consulting support to GlobalLogic’s America region while driving compensation programs on a global scale.

In Short

• Develop and execute total rewards strategies for the Americas.
• Manage annual compensation reviews for fairness and compliance.

• Review Salary Action Requests for equity and alignment.
• Coordinate survey data submissions and generate system reports.
• Contribute to continuous analysis and improvement of total rewards.
• Support global alignment while balancing regional requirements.
• Engage in communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in total rewards management.
• Proven success in developing total rewards strategies.
• Understanding of the Americas region's labor market.
• Preferred experience in high-tech environments.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Drive for global alignment and process improvement.
• Advanced English proficiency for effective communication.
