Overview

The Remote Customer Service Professional will be responsible for handling technical requests and providing support to customers in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Receive and process technical requests from customers and partners.
  • Monitor and manage HRO alerts in accordance with SOPs.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing technical calls in required languages.
  • Create and manage cases in Hitachi Vantara CRM.
  • Order and manage parts for engineers as needed.
  • Provide first-line support for inquiries through the support portal.
  • Follow established escalation procedures for complex cases.
  • Ensure timely updates and accurate case management.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Collaborate with a diverse, global team.

Requirements

  • Technical experience in data storage, networking, and software applications.
  • Fluent in English and either Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Aptitude for learning new skills and technologies.
  • Experience in customer support or service environments.
  • Ability to work in rotation shifts, including night shifts.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce and diagnostic tools preferred.
