Overview

We are looking for a customer service professional with 2-4 years of experience in the Automobile Bodyshop and repair industry based at Bangalore or Chennai.

In Short

  • Responsible for product support to clients in Punjab & North Region India.
  • Facilitate training for dealership officials, body shop advisors & managers.
  • Regular travel to dealerships required initially.
  • Maintain records of attendance, feedback, and materials.
  • Create training materials and measure training effectiveness.
  • Provide continuous support for learners before, during, and after training.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Flexible and open to travel to multiple locations.
  • Regional language understanding is a plus.
  • Automobile background is an added advantage.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service.
  • Experience in the automobile bodyshop and repair industry.
  • Ability to create and deliver training sessions.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Knowledge of software solutions related to the industry.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Subject matter expertise in workshop topics.
