The amily GmbH develops software for the media industry to manage and process advertising business and is a market leader in the German-speaking region. The product family 'amily' is a comprehensive integrated management system for advertising in radio, online audio, display, and TV.

In Short

• Support customers via the service desk regarding our scheduling and CRM products.
• Work closely with development and project departments to advance solutions for customer inquiries.
• Perform minor adjustments and configuration tasks during remote support.
• Test new software versions thoroughly.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and experience in technical customer contact.
• Familiarity with commercial processes in the advertising industry (e.g., radio, online, print, TV) is ideal.
• Service-oriented with a confident and friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
