Responsible for product support to clients in Eastern Region (Bihar, West Bengal, Assam, North East region) - India.
Facilitates training for dealership officials, body shop advisors & managers on software solutions.
Regular travel to dealerships required initially.
Tracks training schedules and ensures timely arrival at sessions.
Develops reports to evidence training and improvement.
Maintains records of attendance, feedback, and materials.
Creates materials for training sessions.
Measures training effectiveness based on usage validation and feedback.
Provides continuous support for learners before, during, and after training sessions.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
4-8 years of experience in the Automobile Bodyshop and repair industry.
Flexible and open to travel frequently.
Regional language understanding; multi-lingual is an advantage.
Open to adopting new software technologies.
Automobile background or experience in a body shop is an advantage.
