Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Business Analyst to join our Finance Systems team, focusing on enhancing global Finance operations.

In Short

• Deliver Oracle EBS solutions for Finance operations.
• Gather requirements and design solutions in Receivables and O2C domains.
• Analyze O2C and Receivables processes for improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance teams and cross-functional teams.
• Support ERP upgrades and system enhancements.
• Provide mentorship to team members.
• Monitor and analyze customer billing and collections processes.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accurate data and documentation.
• Lead design, testing, and deployment of new functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS and related tools.
• Experience in a shared services or multinational environment (preferred).
• Experience with Zuora Revenue or Revenue Accounting Tool (preferred).
