The Remote Operations Specialist is responsible for remote customer support functions, enhancing customer experience and operational performance through effective data management and collaboration.

• Provide remote customer support for Hitachi Vantara Global Customer community.
• Manage and analyze diagnostic data.
• Conduct remote health checks and manage microcode upgrades.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer support roles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required.
• Experience with remote support tools like WEBEX and Teams.
• Knowledge of IP Networking, cloud solutions, and programming (Python).
• Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, Linux, and VMware.
• Experience with enterprise storage solutions is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation.
