• Establish healthcare segment value proposition messaging aligned with corporate growth strategy.
• Develop and deliver segment growth marketing programs customized to industry buyer personas.
• Deliver sales enablement material in support of go-to-market plan.
• Maintain segment marketing working groups with stakeholders.
• Establish clear program KPIs and provide actionable reporting.
• Create a community of internal segment champions.
• Establish customer data feeds ensuring legal compliance.
• Lead regular cadence for program review and adjustment.

Requirements

• At least 15 years' global healthcare marketing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
• Experience delivering successful sector-level global marketing programs.
• Confident team player with strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience in defining buyer personas and influencing buyer journeys.
• Proactive driver of improvement in complex environments.
• Excellent planning, analytical, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English; Japanese proficiency is a bonus.
