Senior Solution Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Remote

Overview

The Senior Solution Architect is a leader in the Hitachi Solutions organization, working to envision innovative, automated solutions in the Microsoft cloud environment. This role involves partnering with the Sales team to drive the solution sales process and ensuring that solutions meet customer needs.

• Lead the envisioning of automated solutions in the Microsoft cloud environment.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive the solution sales process from inception to close.
• Partner with Delivery Domains to ensure alignment throughout project delivery.
• Scope engagements and define solution architectures with clients.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into solutions.
• Develop and deliver conceptual solution blueprints during the sales process.
• Facilitate communication across customer business units and functional teams.
• Support customer satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery.
• Travel up to 50% annually to support sales pursuits.
• Report to Senior Director, Solution Architecture.

Requirements

• Mastery of Dynamics 365 solutions and architecture.
• 8+ years’ experience in delivering complex enterprise solutions.
• Experience in pre-sales activities, including deal estimation and planning.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-directed learner with a problem-solving attitude.
• Experience in contract development preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
