Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 Collaboration Architect with a strong focus on SharePoint Admin, Exchange Online, OneDrive and MS Teams. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting comprehensive Microsoft 365 solutions to drive digital transformation and optimize IT processes for our clients.

In Short

• Oversee Microsoft 365 Collaboration environment.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security of Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Integrate Voice services and implement Teams Direct Routing.
• Support licensing management with the Software Asset Management team.
• Plan and implement updates and new features from Microsoft.
• Collaborate with IT team members to enhance user experience.
• Provide expert support for Microsoft 365-related issues.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 suite.
• Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting.
