Requirements

• Professional certification in CRM or willingness to obtain certification.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to create innovative solutions for complex business needs.
• Experience with Dynamics SDK and customization.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing roles.
• Experience with .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and C#.
• Understanding of CRM APIs and Azure cloud platform.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Confluence and Jira.
