This role involves being the primary contact for the D365 CE suite, leading multiple projects, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and project management.

• Drive overall client satisfaction through regular meetings.
• Identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop strategies for feature rollouts with stakeholders.
• Implement feedback loops to improve processes.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• Strong knowledge of D365 CE, FS, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• 8+ years of experience designing and delivering D365 solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
