Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management.
• Experience with large, complex enterprise customers.
• Ability to influence business strategy at the executive level.
• Track record of driving measurable customer outcomes.
• Exceptional prioritization and program management skills.
• Self-directed and able to execute with minimal oversight.
• Experience with Fortune 500 companies preferred.
• Background in HR Tech or Workforce Transformation desirable.
