• Maintain and optimize CRM and marketing automation workflows (ActiveCampaign).
• Track KPIs, A/B test email, ad campaigns, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
• Oversee external marketing partners (SEO, website, email, design, social media, PR) to ensure deliverables are met.
• Monitor and report on marketing budget spend, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up for trade shows and industry events.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to align messaging and improve the customer experience.
• Oversee the development of cohesive content strategies across blogs, emails, case studies, and social media platforms.
